Hey there, I just bought a .com.my domain for myself at domainplus.com.my for only Rm60/year as I look for the cheapest around the sites.
I've searched a couple of companies you may have a look for these sites for their reviews for reliable too:

hosting company as i know in malaysia is shinjiru and exabytes. Not really know about them but they their popularity quite high
